Things are different with Belavie. Our solvent and experienced developer partner also builds houses in solid construction, but specifically in prefabricated concrete. With these, in addition to high-quality fittings, the focus is on a modern mix of reinforced concrete, glass, wood and stainless steel, which is timeless and very much in demand. This means that the house can already start being built according to your wishes straight after the application for the construction method has been submitted. It is then delivered and completed within five months.
This shortens the time from the property search to resale to just 18 months. You can choose the size of the house – from approx. 100 to 500 square metres – including pool, garage, sauna and other desirable features. The finished property can usually be resold with a 30-50% increase in profit – depending on the location – as the demand for luxury properties on Mallorca is constantly increasing.
